Right Formula bolsters capability with the acquisition of specialist motorsport communications agency, Crunch
Right Formula and Crunch announce a strategic integration that strengthens their collective position within the F1 ecosystem. The addition of Crunch Communications marks an important step in Right Formula’s continued expansion as a leading independent consultancy group in the sport. Right Formula has agreed to acquire the entire issued share capital of Crunch. Both organisations will continue to operate independently while progressively integrating expertise, capabilities and systems to provide enhanced value to clients.
Right Formula is widely recognised as a leading expert in Formula 1 and strategic sports sponsorship advisory, supporting global brands with an integrated suite of services spanning strategy, creative, communications, experiential, digital, and commercial consulting. Its extensive experience across F1, from teams and rights-holders to major global sponsors, positions the agency as a trusted partner for brands seeking to maximise the value of their investment in the sport.
Integrating Crunch’s well-established motorsport communications expertise and reputation for excellence in communications, including media relations, strategic counsel, social media, content development and crisis management, strengthens and expands the Group’s ability to deliver best-in-class PR and specialist advisory services while complementing Right Formula’s broader strategic, creative, and activation offering.
The combination brings together two market-leading independent consultancies, forming one of the sector’s most comprehensive and capable service groups. Together, the agencies already support more than 40 international brands, work with every Formula 1 team, and maintain long-standing relationships with Formula 1 itself.
The move forms a key part of Right Formula’s long-term growth strategy and significantly expands the Group’s communications and strategic advisory capabilities. Crunch will join the Right Formula Group with immediate effect.
While continuing to operate as a distinct business unit, Crunch will progressively integrate its expertise, systems and talent into the wider organisation. All existing client services will continue uninterrupted, with both companies aligned in their commitment to deliver exceptional value and strategic insight to their partners across the full spectrum of sponsorship, communications, hospitality, events and commercial consultancy.
