THE BRIEF
As part of their partnership with McLaren Racing in Formula 1, Hilton tasked Right Formula with delivering race activation at 11 races on the 2023 calendar. This included the British Grand Prix at Silverstone, where Hilton had opened a landmark property called the Hilton Garden Inn and wanted to use it to raise brand awareness, deliver unforgettable experiences for guests and create consumer-focused content.
OUR APPROACH
For the 2023 British GP, Right Formula designed a hospitality space for the rooftop of the Hilton Garden Inn, marking the first time Hilton had ever held a private hospitality suite. Over 200 guests were hosted across the race weekend, which included showcase events with Paris Hilton, Craig David and Roman Kemp, as well as content capture with Lando Norris and the McLaren pit crew.

THE BRIEF
Loch Lomond Whiskies holds the coveted position as the Official Spirit of The Open, the oldest major in golf, and as part of their rights package has the ability to build a structure in the fan zone for patrons to enjoy.
Loch Lomond have trusted Right Formula for the past five years to design, produce and deliver this structure for them in an innovative way to drive footfall and brand awareness.
OUR APPROACH
In 2023, Right Formula worked with Loch Lomond Whiskies to design and build a 20m x 20m two-story structure in the fan zone at Royal Liverpool Golf Club. This structure featured an upstairs VIP hospitality area for VIP guests and a free entry bar downstairs for all spectators of The Open. Both the VIP and general admission areas were fitted to tell the Loch Lomond Whiskies story to guests while they enjoy the golf.

the brief
Cato Networks tasked Right Formula with elevating brand awareness amongst its target audience by leveraging the TAG Heuer Porsche Formula E Team partnership, as well as enhancing online visibility through digital strategy, targeted media campaigns, and content creation.
OUR APPROACH
In response to the brief, Right Formula’s Digital team planned and delivered multi-platform, targeted paid media campaigns for Cato Networks across social media, programmatic and CTV. Working with our Research & Insights team, we also created a suite of data-driven content tailored for the target audience, and deployed a retargeting strategy that increased growth consideration with users who engaged with our campaigns.

THE BRIEF
Casio requested Right Formula’s support to drive awareness, interest and consideration in its range of high-performance EDIFICE chronographs and motorsport watches across its digital and social media channels, as well as grow its online presence and followers in key markets.
OUR APPROACH
Right Formula develops an annual digital and social media strategy for Casio EDIFICE to help achieve its business objectives. This includes:
- Creating monthly social media content plans
- Organising automotive, lifestyle and product photoshoots
- Creating branded and product-focused video content
- Executing full funnel paid media campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
- Supporting the development of Casio’s global and local ecommerce websites
- Leveraging motorsport partnerships to reach new audiences
- Performance analysis and reporting on organic and paid activity
Since 2021, our team has grown followers on the official Casio EDIFICE Instagram account from 50k to 240k, Facebook page likes from 937k to 1.3m, and enabled Casio to sell out limited edition watches in collaboration with motorsport partners including Scuderia AlphaTauri, TOM’s Racing and Honda.

THE BRIEF
ExxonMobil is the official fuel, lubricant and motor oil partner of the Oracle Red Bull Racing Formula 1 team. Its overall objective is to use their hospitality programme to increase brand awareness, strengthen customer relationships and showcase their technology on track.
OUR APPROACH
Right Formula built bespoke, premium hospitality programmes, offering guests luxury accommodation, transportation, track activities, garage tours and driver appearances.
Our flagship event in Barcelona at the 2023 Spanish Grand Prix featured a fully privatised and custom-designed suite for ExxonMobil’s VIP guests, including the chairman of ExxonMobil and 65 other c-suite guests.

Pirelli have been working with Right Formula to deliver five-star hospitality programmes at Formula 1 races to its top customers and c-suite guests through the fill use of their contractual assets.
OUR APPROACH
In order to nuture relationships through an unrivalled hospitalty experience, Right Formula manages the full Pirelli Paddock Club suite from build to implementation, including design, layout, logistics and structure.
We use our unique partnership and hospitality tools to ensure that guest management is seamless. This includes pre-event to ensure ticket wastage is minimised and during the event to assist with seating plans, guest support, check-in, gifting and the overall experience. We’ve found this is vital in ensuring that all guests have an unrivalled and unforgettable experience.

THE BRIEF
For the launch of Myprotein’s partnership with Williams Racing in Formula 1, Right Formula was tasked with ensuring that share of voice was garnered in one of the most popularly activated races globally.
OUR APPROACH
Playing on the culturally relevant hook that ‘everything is bigger in Texas’, Right Formula arranged a media launch event with a special livery Myprotein & Williams Racing monster truck at the Circuit of the Americas in the days leading up to the Austin Grand Prix.
Our team arranged for Williams Racing drivers, Alex Albon and Logan Sargeant, to feature in the unveiling alongside F1 legend Jenson Button, resulting in a huge media buzz and fan engagement.

In 2023, Right Formula activated VIP programmes at 21 Formula 1 races for Qatar Airways, hosting over 2,000 guests.
The Qatar GP was Qatar Airways’ first home race since becoming the Official Airline of Formula 1. As such, its core focus was on maximisation of ‘money can’t buy’ track experiences, providing premium hospitality services to all guests and collaborating with additional sponsorships to elevate the programme as a whole.
our approach
Knowing the gravity and the importance of this race to Qatar Airways, Right Formula deployed a team of hospitality experts to deliver the programme.
With complete autonomy on the programme, our team designed and build the Paddock Club suite for Qatar Airways, organised VIP track tours, a B12 beach activation and fast laps, as well as integrated the wider partnership with Alpine alongside relationships with Paris Saint-Germain, David Beckham and Faff du Plessis.
