Right Formula will not share your personal information with any third parties for the purposes of direct marketing. We may share your personal information with third-party service providers contracted to Right Formula in relation to business operations. We have contracts in place with our third-party service providers that prevents them using your personal information unless we have instructed them to do so. They will not share your personal information with any organisation apart from us, and will retain it only for the period that we instruct. When it is necessary for us to transfer your personal information outside of the UK, this will be done in accordance with the UK GDPR.
